- Assessment, developed lot (house): $92/year
- Assessment, undeveloped lot: $46/year
- Late Fee for payments received January 21 – February 20: $3
- Late Fee for payments received after February 20: $6
- Interest on late payments: 18%
New House/Addition Construction
- Submission Fee: $200
- Compliance Deposit: $1,000
Other Charges
- HOA Disclosure Certificate: no charge
- Transfer fee/property sale: $100 for the new owner at closing
- Paper records: billed at cost
- Lien and Lien Release: billed at cost
2025 La Mesa HOA Invoice Payments
Invoices for 2025 were sent by mail and email, depending on your preference, by the week of 12/1/2024. If you are an email user and did not see the Invoice, please check your Spam/Junk folder. It would have come from [email protected] and subject was “2025 La Mesa HOA Assessment Invoice”.
Payments were due January 15, 2025.
