Appendix B: Fences

Amendments to the ACC Supplemental Rules, including these pictures, were approved by the HOA Board on August 17, 2011.

Examples of Acceptable Fences

1. Acceptable: Split rail, unfinished/weathered

2. Acceptable: Split rail with Vermin Wire

3. Acceptable: Picket fence with pilasters and cedar pickets colored to match house stucco

4. Acceptable: Coyote fence, uniform height, with pilasters matching house stucco

5. Acceptable: Picket fence with pilaster collor matching house stucco, cedar pickets unfinished

6. Acceptable: Wall with railing

7. Acceptable only on horse corral: Steel pipe with Vermin Wire

8. Acceptable only on horse corral: Steel pipe with rails

Examples of Unacceptable Fences

13. Unacceptable: Chain Link with Barbed Wire

14. Unacceptable: Rolled Livestock Fencing (no barbs)

15. Unacceptable: Vermin Wire with only vertical posts

16. Unacceptable: Vermin Wire with only vertical posts

17. Unacceptable: Solid fence without pilasters (Must have pilasters if longer than 25 feet)
